How will I know when a task is complete?
We use an online management tool which tracks all tasks. You will have access to assign tasks and leave comments.
How do you calculate the number of hours you have worked for me?
We use an online time tracking system and a full report on this will be sent you on a monthly basis.
Will my data remain confidential?
Yes. We are ICO registered and a Data Processing Form is to be signed by all clients before work commences.
